In order to be a good chef, one needs to be a good teacher. After decades of teaching cooks in professional kitchens, Melissa is teaching people in their homes how to create beautiful food. Moreover, since Melissa’s restaurants were all small neighborhood affairs, some with only 2 burners and a small convection oven, she is uniquely equipped to teach home cooks who don’t have all the bells and whistles of a professional kitchen.
